Recently our boat & trailer was hit by an Allstate Insured party who was 100% liable. As of today, the accident took place exactly 2 months ago - and Allstate has done nothing but give me the run-around in getting my boat repaired, absolutely NOTHING has been done to rectify the situation. The supervisor from Allstate I am dealing with has outright lied to me regarding statements allegedly made to her from the repair shop manager who has our boat. I am giving them exactly 3 days to rectify the situation and then I am seeking legal counsel. They will be reported to whatever California state agency I can find who will listen regardless.
We've had Allstate homeowners & auto insurance for years. Two years ago I cancelled Allstate Homeowners Ins due to the shoddy way they handled a house fire claim I had (specifically Allstate telling me all contractors had been paid, when they hadn't. Allstate telling the contractors that I had received payment, which was not true.)I will be moving our auto insurance elsewhere at the end of our 6-month term, in August.
