Bait and switch
Allstate gave me a great rate 6 months ago. Now my renewal comes and it went up 45%! No tickets, no accidents, no claims. My agent said he can't understand why my rate went up so much. He said they have "changed internal policy" . Whatever that means? I have never had a ticket or accident and I have been driving for 30 years.
