I was hit by a driver while on the crosswalk. He left the scene while I was laying in the road and never got any tickets.

IT'S BEEN OVER 3 YEARS AND I STILL HAVEN'T REC'D MY LOST WAGES.

Get a lawyer fast. They try to lose your claim forms and shuffle you to a new rep without a phone number every week.

After 3 years, they just ignore my claims made in 2008. They don't refuse the claim, just not pay it.

I was told by several medical offices that allstate took way too long to pay them, then they tried to make me pay.
