Allied should be put out of business
I paid my bill online and allied charged my account THREE times for the payment because of a system glitch. I called when my bank discovered this and Allied admitted a system issue and will credit back two of them. well, I received only one credited back and the one remaining has been horrible to get it. I call every business day and get the same response that they are looking into it and that is that. The representatives I deal with are decent to talk to but it is the issue that Allied took unauthorized money out of my account and they are not timely in putting it back causing me financial burden and they do not escalate anything. I told a few of the reps that Allied charges fees and canceles policy if a day late but when they owe a customer money, especially money they, in my opinion, EMBEZZLED out of my account, they take their time. I am losing interest on the extra money. Not alot, about 102 dollars but still, that is 102 dollars they stole from me. I should be able to charge a late fee to them!!! I switched from them, to AAA
