my wife hit a deer totaling our van. allied used ccc to value it wellbelow any book value. when i questioned this i was belittled and insulted. finally i was told they reached value by what was in the kcstar classified. they take price subtract "negotiatating rate" of almost 20% of adds they find. when i tried to show them other adds in the same paper of greater value they ignored them.it seems to be an unfair advantage that they say is legal.i am filing a complaint with state ins. commissioner.but it takes time meanwhile we still have to replace vehicle without payment.please save yourself time, money, and being insulted by using a different company
