Allied is without a doubt, the WORST insurance company I have ever delt with! I am glad that I am with AAA. One of their customers rear-ended my wife over two months ago and we are still playing phone tag and getting the runaround. They said they had cut a check, but we never received one and neither has the body shop. Now they are insutung that we use after-market parts rather than Honda parts. I am sorry, but the accident was completely their customer's fault. We should not have to settle for a cut-rate repair job. He told me that they would guarentee the repairs for 5 years but what good is any guarantee from such an unresponsive, unprofessional company? Don't waste your money with Allied!
