Seems Allied is only on your side if you are on theirs and reading these reviews my experience is making more sense. I was a pedestrian hit by one of their customers. After struggling to make a claim the company denied liability though it states clearly in the state laws that its the driver's fault. I'm not asking for huge sums just enough to cover medical expenses and they are still squirming around and claiming it was my own fault. I can kind of understand a little opposition on their part, but they don't have to denigrate and insult my character. I will never use Allied and I other people wouldn't either to save us all a headache.
