The problem with this forum is that nobody puts up good experiences. The complaints that I see are from people filing more than 2 claims in a 5 year period on their home. Most insurance companies will keep you with 2 but once you exceed that you are going to be none renewed with any company or your price will go up.
These type of complaints are unjustified as it would work the same with all companies.
I have been an agent for Allied for 4 year and have my own home and auto insured with them. Every customer of mine that has had a claim with Allied has been paid fairly and quickly. None of them have complaints.
For Justified complaints look companies up with your state where there is a process and a third party who decides if it is justified or not. This forum is just people airing their frustrations.
