I will never recommend them. My husband hit a deer and had over $7k worth of damage. Our car was 4 years old and only worth $10k. It should have been totaled. They insisted on fixing it. Allied didn't tell me that because I took it to a different CarStar location, they would guarantee the work. Over the last year, we have had several problems with the car. The manufacturer says that these items would have been caused by a collision. Since the car was in perfect condition before the accident and nothing has happened since, we are assuming these things were caused by the collision, but Allied is refusing pay. I did give them a fair rating for customer service and for processing time because they were very nice and quick to turn us down, even though I have them lots of evidence that they were wrong.
Now because we’ve had so much damage to the car, we can’t even sell it for even close to what Allied said it was worth and we are very close to having a salvage title.
They’ve complete screwed us and they can’t even return our calls.
