Customer Service is not Knowledgable
I work with a wide variety of people and because of the industry I work in we require that all of our Independent Contractors carry Business Use insurance with Third Party Interest. One of our older Agents was trying to update their policy to cover what our company required and the Customer Service person acted as if her request was unreasonable and didn't exist. So I had to call and straighten things out. I spoke with the same cust. serv. rep and eventually got things straightened out but only after I spoke to her manager's manager b/c no one around there understood why our company would want to be added as Third Party Interest.
