Claims.. I would say not even rateable. We hit a deer on November 10, 2005. We had significant front end damage and a cracked radiator. First the claim has been set up with the wrong accident date and they won't fix the error. When the Independant adjuster came out, he was very rude and very hard to work with. When brought the truck to the body shop and had $3500 + ded of damage to the front end. We even had to replace the horn on the Passenger side. When we picked up the truck (around December 20th) and when we got home we noticed the truck was still leaking antifreeze. We called the shop and the Adjuster. We didn't hear anything from the Adjuster but decided to drop off the truck again to have the shop look at. The independant adjuster came out and denied the radiator being related to the front end impact accident. He said that the radiator had corrision on it and the drips of antifreeze were about 4 months old. I explained that I had the truck in the shop in May of 2005 and the truck and radiator had no problems. He said that there is no way this is related to the accident. Well we had tried to get in contact with the Adjuster and the supervisor with little success. We were told to bring the vehicle to a different shop to get another opinion and they would consider. We brought the truck to FORD and they stated that the radiator crack is not in a normal corrision spot and there is no way that the drips have been there for 4 months (and that there is no way you can "age drips". They said that this could be related and they are unsure why the ins. co. is not considering it. Ford has gone out of their way to contact the supervisor at AIG to explain (that was December 23rd) and AIG has not called FORD back. We have called AIG and it is VERY difficult to get a hold of anyone and to get a clear answer. Everytime we discuss with the supervisor he argues with us about how this can be related. I am not the adjuster he is and that is his job, I am not sure why he wants me to tell him how it is related when that is his job. The supervisor/adjusters talk down to us and just don't want to help us. It is now January 2, 2006 and we don't have our F150 fixed and don't even have a rental vehicle.
