No Alabama Flat Bed Truck Insurance
Disappointing and waste of my time. Contacted about quote due to flyer claiming a huge annual cost savings. After calling, the ext. number I was provided was not a phone menu option. When the call was answered I was asked my state of residence and put on hold for a rep. This happened twice and finally I talked to a person. Asked a series of questions and for my SSN number, which I reluctantly gave, then the questions progressed to know all the vehicals I own no matter which I preferred to have a quote on. When I told the rep I owned a 1 ton flatbed truck I was informed that nullified my eligibility to receive coverage. I than asked the rep to not disclose my ssn and delete any trace of it. I also stated that I found it curious to know that AIG refused to cover any driver if they own a flatbed truck regardless of what company insures the vehicle. I asked why they offered insurance in Alabama a primarily agricultural state if owning a flatbed farm truck disqualified you. I then found this site read the reviews and am glad I didn't do business with this company.
