The company is predatory. They are divisive and will lowball the value of your vehicle using unorthodox methods to derive a conclusion. They will do anything to keep form really repairing you vehicle. They simply will ignore the issue the do not want to address and will refuse to even talk about the issues trying to capitalize on having your car tired up thus placing in a position to settle on their terms only. The do not use a the national standard for determining value of your car Kelly Blue book of which Banks, Lawyer, Courts, every operation involved in investing into vehicles use. They will use some internet base protocol and that is basic and negates specific features to the vehicle thus allowing them to lowball the value of your investment to the bear minimum.
