Rude customer service with no response to emails

I was recently hit by a client of AIG.
I was hit after another driver ran a red light.
I was the one that called her insurance carrier (AIG) to open a claim.
The other driver claimed I only has a few scratches on my car-their adjuster found the damage to be almost $900!
2 days after the accident I was called by a claims rep asking if I had a phone number so they could contact their client, since she never called them about the accident. They could not even contact their own client!!!
It is now 3 days short of a month since the accident.
The accident report is done, I had a witness who gave a statement, and their client received a traffic citation for the red light violation.
But guess what??? I still have not heard from them or received my check.
Most of the emails I have sent have gone unanswered.
The first letter they sent me had the wrong last name on it...and they claimed they sent a 2nd letter which I never received.
Their service is horrible!!!
All I want is to get my car repaired!
