Claims not paid

I have been trying to have a claim paid for over a week now but I am receiving the run around. Their agents are rude, customer service is poor, and processing time is lousy. I am still waiting to have my car repaired and I have a handicapped child. I have expressed this several times and the fact that I need my car to take her to her doctor's appointments. There is no empathy from their agents or their supervisors.
I just want my car repaired so that I can take my daughter to her appointments like I am suppose to. This is the worst insurance company that I have ever come across. BEWARE OF AIG FOR INSURANCE AND CLAIMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
