For a total loss, The hartford does not uses either NADA or Kelley Blue to establish value. They use their own company which came in $2000 below average retail as per NADA. The Hartford would not budge. Also, the claims representative assigned my case took 9 days on the average to return my phone calls. The porest service and then to be taken as well.
