Homeowners Claim Denied
I have been with AAA for well over 15 years, I have had 1 claim and it was denied. My son came to help install a new toilet, when he was carrying it, he somehow dropped it and it caused the toilet to shatter cutting into his arm. He ended up having surgery to repair the atery and is now left with nerve damage. AAA denied the claim twice, so I sent a letter to the Board of Insurance, only to get a 3rd denial letter from AAA. As a resident or relative he is not entitled to a settlement. So I take this to mean if my cousin Joe Doe comes from another state and gets hurt at my house, he will not be covered for any medical because he is a "relative" Needless to say I will be pulling my car insurance and my 2 homeowners policies from AAA and giving my 5000.00 a year to someone else...Maybe Progressive, I do love the commercials
