AAA wrongfully cancelled my policy and told me if i paid $340 they would re-instate it and use the money to pay for the following month. Instead i got a letter half a month later saying that they never re-instated me and if i had been in an accident that they would claim that they had nothing to do with me. After that it went back and forth with them re-instating and then cancelling me over and over with out my permission when i had already gotten new insurance. i've been calling for months trying to get that money back and they keep telling me it's on it's way but after two months i've recieved nothing. They also told me that someone had re-instated my policy on the boarder of mexico, which i'm nowhere near, in person. Good job on checking IDs right?
