Avoid AAA like the plague
These people are incompetent and rude. They never answer their phones and go against their word. They give out non-functional email addresses for me to send time-sensitive damage assessment photos. The agent told me they were getting an investigator to take a damage assessment of my vehicle. But of course, they never came. I asked why the investigator never came, lo and behold, "oh um, we changed our policy, we don't do that anymore, you have to send us digital pictures. "" What?!?, is that what a third party is supposed to do?? After the fact, I speak to the manager, and he starts talking to me a very condescending and deprecating way. Everyone associated with AAA needs to fix their customer service skills. They are horrible!!! Stay away. Stay away or pay the consequences of being stuck in a situation you really don't want to be in and shouldn't have to be in after a menial, non-moving/slow moving accident.
