I met with an accident (Hit and Run case). AAA helped me fixing the car, they gave me a list of body shops, they were even willing to work out with body shop not listed with them. They even suggested to change my baby's car seat and reimbused in full.
The claims officer handled the call in a very polite manner and briefed us about the procedure. Overall I had a great experience with AAA insurance.
