my dtr had an accident & they kept the vehicle on the policy after the accident even thought it was totaled & never let me know when they closed the case. When I asked for my refund (because I had prepaid for the year for my insurance) they said that now I was a 3 drivers to 3 cars ratio and that re-rated my policy and there was only a $66.00 refund. They are no help and should not be in the insurance business at all!!!!!
