Excellent Claims and customer service
This is truly a company that puts its customers first. I have a great agent who I can contact whenever I want and has always been more than helpful with anything I ever need that he can assist with. The price is also a great deal (and I shop serveral providers every year to make sure I am still getting that deal year to year).
I must say the most important thing to me is how my claim would be handled and I finally got to experience the process first hand last year. I have hear horror stories but they once again exceeded my expectations. I was able to call at 1am in the morning and an actual person picked up the phone. I gave them the usual info and the claims guy told me to just take my car to a pre-approved body shop near my home in the morning. I did and they started working on the car the same day, gave me a rental car to drive, and I got my car back in two weeks and it looked better than before I had an accident. The best part was it wasnt even my fault and it was still ok to go through AAA, they said they would just contact the other persons insurance for me and handle all the paperwork. I didnt even need to get involved at all.
