I had a fender bender in a store parking lot. AAA insurance reps. are not very helpful in telling me if my insurance will go up. I admitted it was my fault. They then sent a nasty letter I was 100% at fault and my insurance may or may not go up. I have not had an accident or ticket in all my 20+yrs driving. I don't feel there on my side to provide courtesy answers. All I want to know what is going to happen to my insurancr rating and premiums. Over 25 yrs I paid on time every time. Now a fender bender under 650.00 and I have to worry about my insurace going up. I had paid 1,500 for the last 10 yrs at 15,000 and 15 yrs at 10,500. Total 25,500. Can I can't get any satisfaction
