After my accident that I didn't cuase they passed me around to several agents, and are still giving me the run- around 9 months later, nothing has been resolved. They expect me to do all of their work for them stating that it would be quicker for me to find the information then them. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! Switching insurance ASAP!!
