I have been insured with CSAA for over 25 years. You only find out how good a company is,is after an accident. I had two major accidents in the 25 years. The first one was handled very poorly. I was told my car was fixed in a remote place. I went there to find it in the shape as right after the accident. My second accident was handles correctly.
I am unhappy with CSAA bacause it seems they care more about making money then customer service. I am seriously thinking of changing companies.
