Consider very carefully before switching, the cost savings versus the pain in the rear that you will experience with this company if you ever need to file a claim. The worst customer service reps I have ever seen, and also the rudest,.......they treat you, their customer, like a criminal, even when the accident was not your fault, and the other driver was charged,i.e. being rearended, at a full stop! I took up the other drivers company offer, to repair the car, and furnish us with a rental. That company was Geico by the way. 22 days after being hit, I am finally able to get the car repaired, thanks to Geico,.......and received my second phone call from 21st. yesterday. Also be prepared to fill out many sets of documents over and over, after being taped on the phone for an hour when you report an accident. This company must not have computers to store info on, as you are asked to duplicate the same info over, and over again. Beware!!!!!!!!
