Looking over all of the customer ratings from each Insurance Company listed on this website... I have determined that ALL insurance companies are terrible in one way or another. Some people say their company is "great" and some say to "never insure with this company." Every company has a review saying customer service is bad, making a claim is horrible, working with adjusters is a nightmare, and so on.
So, don't listen to any of these reviews. Just accept the fact that Insurance companies are out to make money. They aren't going to make things easy when "handing" out money from claims & yes, they are going to raise your rates eventually. That's just a fact of life. Get over it.
