You don't expect much when you call an insurance company over the phone for a quote but it can't be too much to expect someone who knows what they are talking about and maybe a little courtesy! The worst service imaginable...rude agents...I swear they hire anyone! They company hires people with sales experience but little or no knowledge about insurance or the company they work for!
Called the 800# for customer service to see how long it takes to get an answer...Got an hour to kill? Agents keep telling me to use the website... shouldn't the rates be less then?
