Hi Pressure Sales Tactics - Poor Price
Received a flier in the mail and called Century 21.
First, they route calls based upon area code, so I went to a Spanish speaking gentleman who quickly changed to English. The phone agent collected the information and continued to ask \"are you willing to purchase today?\"
Second, I asked him to email the policy information, but there was a bit of reluctance to do it. There was no question he\'s paid to close the sale then and there. When he verbally gave me the quote, it was about double what I pay with my current carrier.
Third, if this is the sales cycle, one can only imagine the claim settlement process.
