Sorry to say that I talked to some of the most rude and unknowledgeable people in the insurance industry! Never settle for saving a few buck because eventually you rates increase just like any other company. Don't even try to call customer service because you will be on hold for an eternity! An employee even mentioned that many long time reps have quit recently due to a less than envious work environment... that can't be good for customer service!
